none of that worked. and i forgot to mention information technology shows that error subsequently i type in the last 4 digits of my phone number.

this is most a completely different account if that wasn't obvious. im locked out of information technology for some reason and every fourth dimension i try to get a lawmaking for my phone to enter it gives me that fault instead of sending me a code.

attempt logging out of business relationship from all the devices

In this case please contact Microsoft Account Back up use this link https://back up.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/12401/... They have all the ways and tools to check your account and provide explanation almost what is happening and why.

I wish I could exercise more, but this requires access to the tools that enable checking the account and I do not take such access.

Hope they will unblock yous successfully

I am having the same problem with one of my accounts

Information technology stopped syncing with my phone app yesterday, tried to sign in through cyberspace browser on my telephone and as well laptop only getting the aforementioned error.

I have sent the security code to my telephone which I received

I take input an incorrect password and that was recognised every bit wrong so it seems like in that location is an account at that place, just unable to view information technology.
